A stationery lover from a young age, I was the girl who spent all of her pocket money on new notebooks and pens. 20 years ago, I was looking for beautiful stationery but could not find anything that I liked which had a contemporary nod to my culture and reflected my appreciation of art and different lifestyles.
Travelling between London, Mumbai, Paris and Jersey from an early age, taught me a deep appreciation of beauty, fine art and diversity of inspiration. I have always been fascinated by different cultures and their heritage, colours, designs and symbols. This cultural mix has always influenced my way of thinking and permeates throughout my collections for Ananya Cards.
I worked in my family business for three years before starting my first business Creative ID, a design, branding and marketing consultancy. In 2006, I launched Ananya Cards.

The reason I called the business Ananya is that it means 'without equal' in the ancient language of Sanskrit. This is is what drives me and the business... to create something distinctive and unique. As an experienced stationer, I want all my clients to look at their stationery in ten years time and for it to bring a smile of joy to their faces.

Every single client is my priority. I commit a great amount of time and dedication to each design. I'm so proud of the connections and friendships I've made along the way. The projects often involve multiple highly-skilled designers, many time zones, and hand-finished touches carefully crafted. I remain invested way beyond the package reaching its final destination. I am here for you, and you can rely on me.
For the last 6 years, I am part of the exclusive judging panel for the prestigious The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA). I am honoured to gain such high recognition within the industry.

My background and over 25 years in design has allowed me to specialise in harmoniously blending cultures, while also providing on-trend and authentic designs to suit diverse backgrounds. I am a follower of fashion, with an unashamed love of luxury and all things sparkly and a fondness for travel to exotic destinations and cultures.

I create something that is meaningful and reflects your style - whether it is a multicultural wedding or destination wedding. You can also select from one of our house designs which we will tailor to you. Every piece of stationery we create, from wedding invitations, menus and placecards to seating plans, signage and thank you cards, is impeccably executed. We want our stationery to wow you and your friends and family such that in years to come they are still raving about it

As Founder and Creative Director, I work with my team of skilled, experienced and multilingual designers, each with their own style and area of expertise. We live and breathe creativity; we constantly challenge ourselves and each other to innovate and find that unique twist that sparks us on to a new design concept. We love the thrill of it all!
Ananya Cards won ‘Best Stationery Designer’ in The UK Wedding and Honeymoons Awards 2026 and Britain's Asian Wedding Awards for 'Best Stationery Provider'. We create stationery that reflects the unique culture, style and personality of an individual or couple.
